Server Downtime Notice (ns21 & ns22)

Dear Customer,

The unexpected downtime of the server, which using ns21 & ns22, has been because of a failed hard disk which frequently underwent electrical failure and was not detected or reported by the Data Center. On our constant probing, it has now been found that the drive has failed.

We are thus going to do a full system reload and replace the hard disk. There after, all your accounts will be restored and put back by using backups that we take frequently. The Latest backups that we have are of 13th June, 2009.

We apologise for the downtime caused. This will take 24 hours atleast, to stabalize but will be stable there after. Please understand. there is nothing much that any host can do about loosing a hard disk.

Please accept our sincere apologize for all the inconvenieces caused by this downtime.
