As part of our commitment to provide quality web hosting services, we have
scheduled network maintenance to upgrade our core routers. Please read the
details below carefully:
Scheduled Date and Time:
19/12/2012 at
15:00 PM CET with a work window through 17:00 PM CET
Maintenance Type:
We will be upgrading our
core routers in order to provide better network reliability, performance, and
added capacity.
Estimated Downtime:
During this procedure we are not
expecting more then 15m downtime but there is the chance of there being
elevated latency to your server(s) while our network re-routes. This latency
will be sporadic and should not last outside of the two hour work
window.
We do apologize for late notice, but due Holidays season which
starts soon, we wanted to put our new core device in production asap and avoid
problems during Holidays. We understand that this makes the window for this
quite narrow and we do apologize for that as well.
