For hosting upgrade, please go to: Support > Client Area > My Services > Product Details > Upgrade/Downgrade Package
Details:
1. Go to clientarea @ https://client.lovinghosting.com/clientarea.php
2. Click on "My Services" under "Services"
3. Click "Active" to enter Product Details
4. You will see "Upgrade/Downgrade" on your left.
