The main server is included in an emergency server maintenance window that has been scheduled for tonight. This emergency maintenance window is being scheduled to patch a server kernel vulnerability. LovingHosting is deeply committed to maintaining the server security at all time, and as such, we have decided to immediately apply the patch for this vulneralbility.
The patch does require a reboot of the hardware node, which will subsequently result in a reboot of the server. This reboot will occur sometime within the maintenance window times discussed above. We anticipate the downtime of the server to last no longer than 15 minutes. We are truly sorry for any inconvenience that this may cause, and we appreciate your understanding of the serverity of this issue.
