During this maintenance window the most you should witness are potential brief periods of increased latency and/or packet loss. If you experience any issues extending beyond this, feel free to contact us via support ticket system.
- We are presently experiencing connectivity issues after a network upgrade overnight. If you are calling, chatting, or opening a ticket please provide the name of the site you are having trouble with, your IP, and understand that we will need a ticket open in order for you to provide a traceroute(s) from the IPs which you are having trouble connecting from.
We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, and are working diligently to resolve the issue at this time.
